Yes. MyFinVault supports bulk import from Excel. You can upload your existing client list and policy register in a standard format, and the system will organize them automatically. For policy PDFs, the AI extractor handles data entry.

Does the AI extractor work with all insurer policy PDFs?

The AI extractor works with most standard Indian insurer policy documents across motor, health, life, and general insurance categories. It extracts key fields including client name, policy number, premium, sum assured, and expiry date. You can review and edit before saving.

Can I manage a team of advisors with one account?

Yes. The Business, Agency, and Enterprise plans support multi-user access with role-based permissions. You can add employee accounts with controlled access - advisors only see their own clients, while you as the owner see the full picture.

What's included in the free trial?

The free trial gives you full access to all features of the platform for 14 days. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan that fits your practice size.

Can I switch plans later as my business grows?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated. If you need a custom arrangement for a large agency, contact us directly.

Where is my data stored and is it secure?

Your data is stored on secured servers in Mumbai (primary) with Singapore as backup. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Daily automatic backups ensure your records are protected. Your client data is never sold or shared with third parties.

What happens to my data if I stop using MyFinVault?

Your data belongs to you. You can export your complete client and policy data in standard formats at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you have a 30-day window to export before data is deleted from our servers.
